3. Special General Meeting

The M.C. shall have the power to call a special General Meeting at any time it deems necessary.

4.Club Representatives

Delegate meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of each month of the season. Each club in membership must send a representative to each meeting. Any team failing to attend a meeting will be fined 15 euro.

5. Hon.Secretary, Hon.Registrar and Registrations

All communications must be addressed to the Hon. Secretary who shall conduct the correspondence of the league. However correspondence concerning the registration of the teams and players must be addressed to the Hon. Registraror or Hon. Fixtures Secretary. It shall be the Hon.Regristrar or Hon. Fixtures Secretary's duty to report any breaches of registration rules or any irregularities in connection with the regulations made by the M.C. Secretaries of the Clubs or League representatives shall have access to the records of registration at any reasonable time at a fee of 5 euro.

6. Hon. Treasurer

The Hon. Treasurer shall take charge of the funds of the League and deposit same in such bank as may be approved by the management committee. The Hon. Treasurer shall submit an audited statement of accounts at the A.G.M.
