1 Title and Constitution

a) The amalgamation of clubs shall be called the West Cork League and shall be open to clubs in the West Cork area and who are affiliated to the Munster Football Association.

b) All matches shall be played under the jurisdiction of the Football Association of Ireland and according to the rules of the game.

c) The A.G.M. shall be held at the end of the season on the date to be fixed by the M.C. Each juror and youth membership shall be entitled to one vote as will each member of the M.C.

2 Management Committee

a) The business of the league shall be conducted by the Chairman,Vice Chairman,Ho Secretary,Hon Treasurer,Hon.Fixtures Secretary,Hon Registrar,P.R.O. and five committee as elected at the A.G.M. Four members to the form a quorum at any meeting of the M.C.

b) The M.C. may fill any vacancy in the office of Chairman,Hon.Secretary,Hon.Treasurer,Hon.Fixtures Secretary,Hon.Registrar,P.R.O. or committee member which occur.

c) Each member of the M.C. shall be allowed one vote when the situation arises. Officers and M.C. members may not represent or vote on behalf of the clubs at meetings of the W.C.L.

d) Any members of the M.C. who absents himself from three consecutive meetings without a satisfactory explanation shall be deemed to have resigned and will be replaced.
